Trail Ride
Saddle
up for a beautiful ride up to ancient Cole Canyon. The stream-fed
canyon is located at the western edge of rural Murrieta and the
Santa Rosa Plateau, and east of Slaughterhouse Canyon. The oak
lined, narrow canyon with 800-foot walls boasts historical reminisces
of Native American life, and it was a favorite watering stop for
cowboys hearding cattle down from the Santa Rosa Plateau.
